Dušan Vasiljević returns to Újpest!

Dušan Vasiljević returns to Újpest after one and a half years! Our club confirmed the signing of the 29 years old midfielder on Tuesday morning- can be read on the official website of Videoton.

Vasiljević played for Újpest for a period in spring 2010. He had fifteen appearances and scored four goals then. His most memorable match in purple and white was presumably the one against MTK on 9 May, 2010, when he reached hat-trick so he procured the victory for the team, the result was 5-4.

The Serbian legionary - who speaks Hungarian excellently, anyway – was on court for forty times while he played for Videoton and scored six goals. The 29-year-old midfielder became a Champion and Super Cup Winner in Székesfehérvár.

The arrival of the experienced player may bring that stability in the team's game, which was missing from the midfield during autumn.
